How to buy?
To purchase your product, you need to log in or register using your email and password. Once logged into your account, select the desired product, choose a payment method, and select your preferred delivery method.
Once this process is complete, our system will identify your order and it will be prepared for shipment.
How does delivery work?
Your order will be shipped via the Post Office or one of our partner carriers to the address provided in your registration.
Delivery time within Brazil varies from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. To track your shipment, you will receive a tracking code via email, or you can request it by contacting contato@soulsecret.com.br.
And what about the return policy?
You can request a return of your product within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. For defective products, the deadline is 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The product must show no signs of use, be in its original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Auxiliary Document of the Electronic Invoice) and all seals, labels and accessories.
