Delivery

The delivery period starts after your order is posted and is calculated in working days. Your delivery is calculated according to the postal code provided and which can be found at the end of your order, just below the delivery address.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the zip code and shipping option chosen. You can check the available delivery times for your address when placing your order. Simply add a product to your cart and select "Checkout". You will be redirected to the "Shopping Bag" page, where you must enter the zip code of your shipping address. The shipping options available for your order will be automatically displayed. Simply choose the one that best suits your needs!

Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made, and if none of them are successful, your order may be awaiting collection at a branch or returned to Soul Professional.

• For shipping types, the order date does not count in the calculation of the delivery time, but rather the posting of your order (when we send it) on business days. This period may be changed during specific campaign periods.
