The classification of curvature
Each hair type requires specific care, and to understand the curl pattern, a system is used that divides them into four main groups: straight, wavy, curly, and coily. These are further divided into three subgroups, classified by the letters A, B, and C.

Our Story
Ana Celia Mauro
Founder & CEO
Soul Professional was founded by entrepreneur Ana Celia Mauro, with the dream of developing high-quality products for the professional beauty market.
A lawyer dedicated to socio-environmental issues and an advocate for animal rights, she sought an opportunity in this market to make a difference in people's lives and in the world. Therefore, as the founder and CEO of the brand, she participates in the development of each formula and adopts sustainable methods in the production system.
After many travels, she discovered the best hair spas in the world in Singapore, where she fell in love with Camellia Oil – a legendary oil used by geishas. This gave rise to the idea of developing creams blended with natural oils that would provide even more shine and softness to the hair.
After much research, she found in the Amazon the necessary ingredients to create a solution that nourishes and preserves the health of hair and scalp, with minimal chemicals. In addition, it also possesses phytotherapeutic properties that help combat stress and anxiety.
Thus, Soul Professional has been gaining increasing recognition from national and international salons.

Recognized worldwide, he has been in charge of fashion week for Dolce & Gabbana for five consecutive years, styles big names like Snoop Dogg, Lenny Kravitz and Lady Gaga, and is one of the most sought-after hairstylists for teaching courses around the world.
He was also the creator of Balayage Surf, a revolutionary technique that allows professionals to achieve any desired result on clients in just 1 hour and 30 minutes, without the need for foil, a board, or a cap.
Owner of two salons in Brazil, with services in Orlando and Miami, and giving lectures and workshops around the world, Glauber is also the Technical and Artistic Director of Soul Cosméticos.
